Carrot Salad
The perfect side dish for a future dinner party or backyard BBQ!
- 3 cups shredded carrots
- 1 8.5 oz can crushed pineapple tidbits drained
- ½ cup raisins (I soak minefor a couple hours in orange juice to make them plump and juicy)
- ½ cup mayo (I use asoy-free vegan mayo by Hellman’s that tastes just like the real thing)
