Recommended Products for Animals
These are products I regularly recommend to my animal communication clients to help with common problems such as inappropriate urine spraying or marking inside the house, or aggression and fighting between animals in the household. Consistent behavioral training, promptly and completely removing pet odors, and providing multiple beds and climbing areas will help your animal companions feel safe and secure. Unfortunately, after days of searching, I haven't yet found the link to my favorite cat tower, but I'll keep you posted on the search.
To get the products I recommend from Amazon, just scroll down past my product review to the Shop Now links. Just so you know: I participate in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program that allows me to receive monetary compensation when someone clicks through to Amazon from my website and makes a purchase. But have no fear; there are no hidden fees or extra costs tacked onto any of the products when you connect to Amazon from here. My tiny commission comes directly from Amazon, not from you. Feel free to contact me with any questions, and have fun shopping!
Products for Your Animals
Eco-88 Pet Stain and Odor Remover
If you're having trouble with animals peeing where they shouldn't, one reason may be that there is still some residual smell of past mistakes that compels them to return to the scene of the crime. Eco-88 is the best product I've found to remove (not just cover up) the smell of urine or feces.
Fleabusters Rx for Fleas Plus, 3 lb
Treat your house with this stuff just once a year, and as long as your animals spend a significant amount of time indoors, you won't have to give them expensive (and often dangerous) flea preventive products. Fair warning: It is messy to apply (like dropping a five-pound bag of flour on the floor) but I've figured out how to get around that problem. I fill a squirt bottle with the powder and then squirt it under counters and along baseboards.
You know how it is when you get a kitty hut for your cats and they end up smashing it flat and lying on top of it? This hasn't happened with these handmade felted cat beds we got for our cats. These kitty huts hold their shape, and they're the right size even for our bigger cats (the biggest one is 18 pounds and he can easily fit in one of these huts. That said, he isn't as fond of the huts (we have several) as our high-climbers and jumpers.
