Grandmama Elner's Chocolate Truffles


  • 16 oz bag chocolate morsels (dark or light, your preference)
  • 1 can Eagle Brand Milk


  • Mix chocolate pieces and Eagle Brand milk and melt over low heat.
  • Refrigerate until cool.
  • Roll spoon-sized portions into balls, then use a toothpick to dip them in melted chocolate bark or roll in confectioner's sugar, chopped pecans, or a sugar/cinnamon mixture.
